The Roundhouse in London’s Camden Town, is one of the most incredible live performance spaces in the world. Many iconic artists have taken to the stage; the 1960s saw The Doors, Pink Floyd and Jimi Hendrix. In the 70s the Roundhouse was the home of the British Punk movement, with The Ramones, The Damned, The Stranglers and The Clash all playing legendary shows. Today it plays host to performances from the likes of Jay-Z to Gorillaz, Pharrell Williams, Radiohead and Squarepusher.
The space has also been home to notable festivals in the music calendar, such as the BBC Electric Proms, the iTunes Festival and the MTV VMA’s. It’s also a home for emerging artists and a place to discover tomorrow’s headliners. Every year, Roundhouse Rising festival celebrates and showcases the best in new music.
